And yes I am gold, but I do book a lot of travel through orbitz and maybe that is the reason.
If you're GOLD, you would ALWAYS have PRIORITY ACCESS printed on your BOARDING PASS, regardless.
If you're booking on Orbitz or any other site other than AA and your AA Gold number has no place to be added when booking, one would think you would call the AA GLD # and tell them to add it to the PNR because how could you be GOLD if there was no way for AA to track your flights and miles?
