The Sheraton Crystal City is a high turnover hotel, so I had low expectations. As a plat, I was upgraded to a Club Level room – I don’t think this hotel has suites. However, the Lounge is closed during the weekends. I was impressed by the room, which was clean, bright, and had modern looking furniture. My only complaint is that the desk has no electrical outlets nearby, and it was 4 feet to the nearest power strip.
With a solid room, and great location next to the metro station, I would rate this hotel as above-average for a Sheraton property, and would definitely stay here again.
