I just came back from a trip to Cape Town from YYC. I traveled J on AC, Lufthansa and South African Airways. No question: SA won hands down. LH on 380 was really poor. SA reminded me of some of the "frills" AC used to provide that made J so special, things like a warm bowl of nuts, garlic toast, tooth pick, cheese and cracker buffet, fresh baked cookies with ice cream…..What little thing did AC take away that you wish they hadn't?
