LH has full flat seats only on their new 747-8. AFIK, it is not serving the PVG route. LH A380/A340/A330/744 all have old style slanted wedgie beds in C, best avoided. These will be upgraded to full flat C eventually.

If OP is not going non-stop on either VS or BA, my recommendation would be to go with Swiss. Full flat bed, privacy if in a single seat, good service. If very tall, legroom will be tight on most any carrier's C product.

Also, if OP is trying to stay on *A carriers, s/he might consider looking through the *A forum.
