I tried Fair Lakes again thinking that the poor stay during construction was a one off. Nope. While the new lobby/bar looks nice, the staff hasn't improved. Unless there is one hell of promo or this hotel just has some outrageously cheap rate, it's off my list - there are just too many other choices in the general Dulles area to have repeat poor stays.
