This is the link I'm using. The cheapest fare is called "Tarifa Programada" and the box with its conditions pops up in Spanish, although the boxes explaining some of the other fares such as Primera do show me the conditions in English, which seem to say that these are tickets good for 365 days etc.

The fare I'm seeing for Tarifa Programada is 236 outbound (Buenos Aires to Colonia) 8:45-10:00 am and 251 for the return 4:30-5:45 pm, for a total of 487. This sounds like the $105 ticket that someone else reported.

Am I doing this right? The next step seems to be to fill out a form with passport information.
