FWIW, the Admiral's Club...which is the last airline club left there (I think) opens at 545a....
There are early ~6am flights on several airlines, so I imagine they have to start letting people through security well before 5am. The possible window for evacuation is very small, so I'm not too worried. B6 terminal will be my planned home!
