Hi, I hope some Qatar airways employee can help me.
My husband and myself had a flight from Barcelona to Nairobi last saturday and as we couldnīt flight for personal problems the previous tuesday I processed a refund request of the tickets for both of us by the web of Qatar as they told me by phone (because I bought the tickets on their web site). When clicking submit on the website of Qatar has gone wrong (this happened to me twice). Anyway the second time I received the email called " Your Refund Request has been received" and in the mail they say "We aim to get back to you within 5 business days".
Itīs been more than a week today and I have had no answer, I wrote 4 mails to the
[email protected] since last tuesday in order to confirm me that they get my request, but also had not have an answer.
Anyone can help me and tell me what to do?
I m thinking of making a legal complaint,
