Yes. I am aware that the concept and value of time is different in South America having lived there 3 different times. Even so, a very basic transaction that should have been do-able on-line, took over an hour of two agents' time. Even if they earn low wages, there is still a cost attached to them speaking with me for over an hour. If I were an executive at LAN or ONEWORLD, I would see this as a real opportunity to cut costs AND improve the customer experience at the same time.
