Wow, I didn't think it was possible to make arriving at MIA any worse than it already is -- fond memories of arriving in the central terminal immigration hall just after four flights from Latin America landed, total uncontrolled free-for-all, just hell. What exactly does their new arrivals system do?
AA and BA have just made my decision that little bit easier as well -- their I class TATL fare sale has just started for destinations ex-Germany (thus saving me a cool $1000 for 2 people v the best fare ex-FRA beforehand), and I can use the Avios and TPs. So I'm going to route:
Out FRA-[AA]-DFW-[AA]-RSW in biz/first
In RSW-[AA]-DFW-[BA]-LHR-[BA]-FRA in biz/first
which should give Mrs Q and me
