Whats the point of going on and on with scenarios and what you should have done etc, now, you mentioned you have closed the case, but if you are writing to someone in authority lets wait for their response and if at that point you want to revive this thread go right ahead.
I am not sure I get your point. I have only answered to messages posted here, or continue discussing ideas raised here if I found them interesting. What is wrong with that? With due respect, if you feel that you have nothing else to contribute, or that you are not reading anything else that interests you, it is as easy as to stop following the thread, isn't it?
And, agreed, calling someone incompetent does not make someone want to smack you... as long as that someone is mentally stable, this is. Otherwise, anything goes, I am afraid.
