Seriously this thread is expanding daily, what did you really say to her that would make her attack you? I mean calling someone incompetent does not make them want to smack you. I hope you did not call her an "incompetent Beach".
Whats the point of going on and on with scenarios and what you should have done etc, now, you mentioned you have closed the case, but if you are writing to someone in authority lets wait for their response and if at that point you want to revive this thread go right ahead.
