i made a reservation online for a car, to pickup and return at Zurich airport,
but after i got confirmation, i realized that the reservation has bin made for pickup at zug location, that is located 25 min. from zurich, i didn't have telephone service so i contacted the sixt reservation center by email and asked if i can for the same rate that i got, change the pickup location to the zurich airport,
and they replied that it will be no problem and no additional cost, so i asked them to do that, until the next day in the morning the day of pickup i didn't got no reply, and then i got a message saying oh sorry we have no vehicles available, i already made changes to my plan because they can change it to the airport and then i can pickup later,
i called them, and they told me you're right that we promised, but we have no vehicles available, now when i got to the airport i made a new reservation online and very funny there were vehicles available,
so i didn't have no choice and rented a vehicle from sixt(that told me we don't have) for twice the original price,
now the good part only starts, i got a skoda octavia that i really liked, and i headed to Munich city were i need to stay at night, on the way on 150 kmh (in Germany that's slow, ppl go on 220 kmh)the car made funny noise from beneath or from the tires, so i didn't have a choice only to drive on 110 to be more safe if there is any problem,
i contacted sixt and they told me to go to the nearest location and they will check the car, that was 2am so in the morning i drove to the sixt Munich airport location, and asked them to check it, then they told me that they don't have mechanics in that location but they can change the vehicle,
but then the station manager came over to me and told me "in my opinion you're a liar and you're car haves no problem, you just want to change you're vehicle, and if you are lying we will charge you additional 300 swiss francs for the one way fee, i explained him that i didn't come here to change, i came here that sixt should check the car that i can continue using it, and anyway when sixt will check it they will see that it is true, so he told me yes,"but we wont try even to check because the problem was at high speed" so its extra to say that i was very insulted from his way of talking, i told them that i want the vehicle to go fill up gas before i return it, so they told me ok and we willl check it in when you return,
outside my wife told me that with such a service its already better to drive back on 110 and it will take 5 hours instead of 3 1/2, so that what i did, and because of that i almost missed a flight, then i received a invoice that the munich airport charged me one way fee and gas fee even that i returned by the end the vehicle in zurich airport, i contacted sixt and spend another hour on the phone until they investigated it and they refunded me for the extra that munich charged me for no reason, so what do you offer me to do??? i need help
