I'm flying ERI-PHL-DFW-FRA-KRK tomorrow on a UA award. The Russian embassy took longer than posted to get my passport back to me, so my visa service is needing to overnight (which they did today) my passport to a DFW hotel. I have a four hour layover at DFW. I plan to retrieve my passport from the hotel and continue on.

US should check me just to DFW, where I can then re-check-in with my passport with LH to KRK, right? (Hopefully if it is a gray area, then being *G with two airlines and being on an F ticket should help?)
