I've only flown SV on a couple of short trips from RUH to BAH on the E170. I was pleasantly surprised how they managed to serve a drinks round and an edible full meal on a 43 min flight (in Y). Friendly crew but no IFE and no alcohol (obviously).

As I said before, my concern is their punctuality. Not from personal experience but from looking at the screens at various airports.
