That is my big concern in the OP. I called to speak with a UA supervisor but still don't know the answer.
I personally have found HA to be very amenable to requests. I bought two F and 2 Y tickets HNL-LIH a few weeks ago and when in HNL I went to the lunge they had no problem letting us all in. Very nice, very pleasant experience. Extremely professional too.
Exact opposite of COdbaUA experiences in 2012 for me.
