Probably not, but the decision to close your account and issue a new card was likely made on Friday. In my experience, Bank of America and Citi tend to act without contacting the cardholder, while American Express and Chase are more likely to wait for the cardholder to report unauthorized charges before closing. The problem is not necessarily related to your individual account, data breaches typically involves the simultaneous compromise of tens of thousands (or millions) of accounts, but it takes awhile for the account data to work its way through the re-sale market.
Changing your password in never a bad idea, especially if you have used the same password on multiple accounts.
