I am subscribed to Experian's credit monitoring service. And there's a new alert on the profile:
"Potentially Negative Alert
Reported on 8/18/2012 by Experian
Company: BANK OF AMERICA
Balance Date:
Current Balance: $
Status Date: 8/17/2012
Payment Status: CARD REPORTED LOST/STOLEN"

The credit report doesn't have an negative reports on them. And when I called BOA, they said that this isn't a negative remark and it will disappear after a while.

Is this true?
