Check the coverage maps, first... Wind is only a regional carrier with service in the major cities. The "traveling up and down the province' thing may not make a good fit.

Wind is a reseller of the major networks. So coverage and signal strength will be less than ideal, especially in rural area.
Also check the fine print regarding rates when you are not in a city or your "homne" region/zone.
The major Canadian networks are Bell/Telus (Bellus) and Rogers (Robbers)
