I was not requesting the personal attention of Nicci. The title of the OP made that quite clear ~ I wouldn't dream of bothering her over 5500 miles. Now, bothering you, I don't mind at all

The reason I posted in this Forum was because to a large extent BA played a role in this ~ and AA service leaves a lot to be desired if you're not using their metal. It's a small thing really, but the miles do add up ~ not only that but I like to show activity.
