The DOT Air Travel Consumer Report tracks arrival data in hour-long blocks for 29 major airports. ATL's on-time arrivals record 6AM-9AM for the last three months of reports (Apr, May, and June data) is among the better of the big airports in the East.

Lack of information allows the ATL hate to live on.
