No way. I'm a fast walker and it took me about 20 minutes to walk from the end of C to the middle of A, take the tram and then walk to the end of A. On the return same situation but inbound was late, I literally RAN across the connector tunnel A to C and managed to make it in 15 minutes.
Now if you're talking all in A then yes I agree.

I would add another 3 minutes if you are going from the end of B to the end of G. That said; by using the Skywalk, tram, moving sidewalks, etc; you can get between any two points at MSP Terminal 1 in less than 20 minutes.
I've also connected from one end of A to the opposite end of G and it took me about 20 minutes--again I'm a fast walker and this airport seemed interminable, good grief.
