Can't agree with that. Indeed the only good thing out of this merger for me, the long time UA flyer, is CO reward search function. I don't know if availability is better than before or not, but it's just so much easier to find something. Before I was spending hours on the phone with 1K agents checking countless itineraries for me (for international travel), and now it's fast and convenient.

Alas, it's an exception from the chaos called UA...
