So today, I log into my Bank of America online account and see that my credit card account is missing.
At first i think that maybe the website is having technical problems but after logging out and in, clearing the cache etc, doesn't fix it, I get worried and call BOA.
The CSR has no idea what's happening! So now I'm really freaking out. They transfer me to someone else (trust and safety...? I forget what the dept was called) and I'm informed that there was a "data breach" and therefore they shut down my account and issued me a new credit card!
They didn't even call me! This breach happened on Friday!! And since I don't log in to my account everyday, I only found out today!

They refuse to tell me what was the breach? Whether it was a fraudulent charge or something else?
So now I don't know if I should change all my passwords or not?
I really don't want to because that would be such a major PITA!
Has anybody ever have this happen to them? Just wondering.
