Just booked award tix for December/January and made sure all longhaul legs are confirmed on QF.
It's kinda tricky departing AKL and connecting in OZ, because seemingly all daily flights i.e. from MEL to HNL are QF flight numbers, but operated by JQ.
Hmm HNL, QF was to change the flight from 767 to A330, hopefully it will be done but what class are you flying economy or business?
On QF3 in economy it is overnight so no real need for IFE, which is overhead screen not AVOD PIFE, for QF4 you may want to bring your own devices.
Overall I still would take QF over JQ as the product overall is better, but JQi in Business is better value than QF Business on a 767 IMO.
