Minny is the only one that might be cutting it a little close. You could conceivably have to do a bunch of walking depending on where your connecting gate is.
One hour and nineteen minutes at MSP should be fine, especially if you know the general layout and tricks such as hailing one of the electric carts. I would be concerned about a novice attempting it in just an hour, especially if it's the last connection of the day or a small RJ (concourses A and B) is involved.
