We recently changed TMCs and the placement of the name suffix is different with the new agency: Doe/John JR. (new) vs Doe Jr/John (old). This is beginnning to make for a lot of unhappy travelers. The answer I am getting is everyone change your loyalty program names. Does this make sense?? Can the placement of the suffix be controlled by the booking agency or GDS?
