How as this not gotten the attention of upper management? It's absolutely pathetic.
881 - pushed back 25 mins late but still hasn't taken off yet.
Hopefully the pax will make the connection to SIN today!

UA895 has a real history of terrible delays.
I agree, not defending these time but they do look better than a few weeks ago.
