I beg to disagree, after many LHR-IST sectors on the A320. There is extra space - but only 1-2 inches - and the inability of row 10 to recline makes row 11 a prize pick. As the snug may also not appear due to the non-converter seat A320 subfleet row 11 is your best bet.
