I used to shop at the Safeway that became the local Morrisons, when the store re-branded they replaced a load of branded good with their own brand versions that weren't up to much (e.g. the biro leaked). I asked the manager and he said that I certainly wasn't the first person to bring this up + they could only stock what they were sent. It was then that I looked elsewhere to shop.
