I stayed here last Friday after flying in late that evening. The lounge was closed but for plats they offered buffet breakfast for two in the restaurant as well as a voucher for $15 off purchases at the bar (alcoholic beverages excluded). For an $80 stay this is over half the value of the whole stay.
For the price this is a great place for a first night's stay in the DC area. Metro access is great so in some ways it is one of the more convenient DC properties. I believe that there are very few suites though so don't go in expecting one.
I believe that the lounge is open Sunday-Thursday in the evenings and Monday to Friday in the mornings.
