Stayed a few lounges in Japan recently. Have not seen children in the lounge, but a group of white businesspeople (male and female) were loud, drunk and vulgar. Some of the other guests left the lounge in order not to be disturbed. Probably they were longstay guests and the hotel did not want to annoy them, so nothing was said. Obnoxious behaviour is not the exclusive domain of children.
