The BCN lounge is not a SKyClub but a ST contracted lounge. Access is ST E+ / DL GM+ privilege.

Plain SC membership or AS boardroom WILL NOT get you access.

This applies to many DL airports overseas where contracted lounges are used. The only exception that I am aware of is NRT and MNL which is a DL SkyClub.
