They have run off the runway multiple times, among other things.
They have a slogan, 'Anyone can fly' or something to that effect, and they take anyone as a pilot who pays the money for training. They attract the least experience people or people new from education who will work for the lowest wages. They are not a low cost like Southwest, which pays well and attracts the best candidates, they are very much on the other end of the scale.
