What happens onboard?
What happens on-board these flights (or what happened on this one?)

Spinning around burning fuel for 4 hours can't be fun, but up only at 4,000 feet over northern NJ, it's not exactly the smoothest of air either. Do they bother with food/drink service or is everyone just tense and in their seats during this exercise prior to landing?
