haha. yeh, maybe a tad harder to find, but I do find the last LGW flight up, and the last LHR flight down are always sub £100 each (gives you a full day in London for work, and a full day in Glasgow for meetings/work and still be back in London just in time for bed). At the moment, you can price up from LGW tomorrow night (BA2968) and back down Tuesday to LHR on BA1499 for £171. Throw in a hotel for £40-£60 night and you're still making a saving. Adds up though over the space of a few months to a nice meal for you and the other half if I can do my sums right
