This is so confusing because for first time users how would you know?!? We are from Toronto and figured would be nice to stop in LA and give the kids a break from the flight. Then head to Hawaii the couple days after. I tried searching for August 2013 and only up to Aug 8 is available. However no flights are open. Granted I'm not sure what island my brother has decided but thought I would familiarize myself. I must be doing something wrong or it's booked already?!?

Once, when I booked an itinerary with the SE Aeroplan agent, they got mixed up between the 2 sets of rules. The agent though that the one stopover restriction with UA also applied if the final destination was Hawaii; I had to clear her up by asking her to read the rules on her computer.[/QUOTE]
