Instant Status - Boarding Pass Infection
My brother and I were travelling from LHR on the same booking. He has the same intial and unsurprisingly the same surname as me. Printed our boarding passes at the check-in kiosk.
I am silver status, my brother doesn't even have a frequent flyer account. When viewing the booking online this is clearly showIng and giving the option to add the number.
When entering the north lounge a very confused lounge attendant ask which one of us were which. The two boarding passes had my number and status and the same number was also present on their screens.
Anyone else seem this type of status infection before? Can only assume that it is because we have the same surnames and initial.
