Planning for honeymoon travel to Asia using AA miles.

For return flight, I'd like to fly business or first (is there a first class on JAL or Hawaii airline flying Japan to HNL?) from Japan to HNL, stopover, and then back to Chicago. Anyone has any suggestions on which product to fly?
