I'm not sure I'd call them a complete disgrace (yet), but they definitely are not as nice as they were when the lounge was new -- they could use a little TLC. I still use them almost every time I leave from JFK.
don't when you've been there last, i used one of them last week (had a look in both though)
water pressure: always been crap
temp: was ok when they opened, now its from freezing to buring every 15 sec...
fixtures: most of them loose
amenities: two giant containers just randomly on the shower floor
curtains: full of fungi and dirt on the bottom
to top it off, i got a brand new towel that had the paper tag still on and was of course not pre washed. dries as much as a plastic sheet...
so don't know where your treshhold for "disgrace" is (
), mine is pretty high but i don't know what else to call this...
