I was wondering if any of you have any tips about how best to get missing miles credited into a TK account. I am a gold member of miles and smiles (had a match due to my BD status). I recently flew a few Ethiopian flights (all of the boarding passes included my TK number), but none of them posted. I then have spent the last two months emailing [email protected] with scans of my boarding passes only to receive random responses like "claims for missing miles from partner airlines need to be sent to [email protected]"

I'm tempted to give up and just use UA for all of my *A miles, but I also think I may be doing something wrong here? Is there a better way to get partner miles credited than emailing the incompetent people who check the [email protected] address?
