MPG listed is for the 'worse case scenario' (or perhaps the best case?
). I booked a Camaro Conv with MPG listed as 16/24 (which matches up to the SS model) but was given a V6 at pickup.
On another rental I booked a Mustang Conv, again with MPG matching the EPA's numbers for the GT model. Ended up with a V6.
