The JNB-DUR segment is cheap. We are talking about $90 USD per person on BA/Comair vs. $60 USD on Kulula. Not a lot of money - and it looks like the difference may be a surcharge on the BA side - just hate the principle of paying 50% more for essentially the same service. That is why I posted the question.
