I just opened my App to make a new booking and could not find any way to do so. So I called the Support Desk, and after a considerable time on hold, the agent confirmed there is no way to make a new booking using the Delta Moble App. It has to be done on delta.com.
I may be a tech-tard, but this seems unbelievable. Is this really true?
