Is there a way to view old tickets/itineraries in detail?

I need some old boarding pass ticket numbers. I can find through SkyMiles the activity dates of 3 flights. I even dug up the confirmation number for one of them from emails. However I must have scrubbed other emails.

Is there some simple way to do this, that I'm missing?
