two experiences in the past 2 weeks, check in staff as usual excellent, dedicated F and C check in counters as pointed out by others. security is unfortunately completely hit or miss in JFK, so called priority line is often a mess. lounge in JFK is lovely, especially most of the staff. showers however are becoming a complete disgrace, they've become unacceptable over the last year or two...
