Every seat in FC has a power outlet on the 737s. The outlets are in the center armrest, about 12 inches from the floor (around calf-level). You'll either see an AC plug outlet or a small latch door that you open to reveal the DC cig lighter plug. (I believe there's also a faint green light in that area.)
