Travelling DXB to IAD in about a week. There are still approx. 10 business seats available. Website is showing 28k Miles + 280 dollars for upgrade wait list. While to buy one outright is 3200 US dollars. Does this sound like a good deal? It's giving me 10 cents a mile.
