I'm Starting to Question the Value of AVIOS points
Just checked on a WT flight from LHR to IAD:

Using AVIOS - 40,000 Points and @ £350 in fees/taxes etc

Paying with cash, not using points - @£525

Whats the point of using AVIOS, really ?
