I actually watched the video then I wanted to buy it. But I wasn't aware of space issue from the retractable handle.
I also found the video especially helpful as I was considering a bag like the Mother Lode TLS. The price is a key selling feature to me as it's more in my range than a B&R, for example much as I appreciate the quality owning one B&R bag already.
